The Knox County Sheriff’s Department D.A.R.E. program is touting its newest addition, a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000. D.A.R.E. Senior Officer Wayne Shinlever said the car was confiscated from a 19-year-old with two DUIs and a little marijuana.
