ThroughTheLens — Cramming houses in small spaces ...

At the Farragut Municipal Planning Commission meeting last week Mark Shipley, community development coordinator for the town, said developers are showing a lot of interest in the town’s new open space residential overlay district. Will it have benefits, such as increasing the town’s sales tax dollars?
