FHS sets third annual Empty Bowls fundraiser

Farragut High School art students will host their third annual Empty Bowls dinner to benefit Knoxville’s Love Kitchen, Inc. FHS art students created ceramic bowls, which will hold a meal of homemade soup and bread. Guests choose a bowl to use that evening and to keep as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world. The event will be held at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 27 at the school. Only 25 tickets will be sold this year for $25 each. For more information call 671-7141.
