Farragut resident Farley gets ORNL distinction

ORNL Federal Credit Union employee Renata Farley was named Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2003.

The Employee of the Quarter is selected from names submitted to the personnel department by fellow employees. One of the many comments made about Farley were, “She is always smiling and she is a wonderful representative of the credit union.”

Farley’s experience in mortgage loan service began in 1998 when she came to work for ORNL FCU as a mortgage closer.

She stayed in that position for two years before advancing to mortgage originator. An award was given to Farley by credit union Senior Vice President Taylor Scott following a luncheon in her honor.

Originally from the west coast, Farley is a graduate of California State University in Sacramento.

She now resides in Farragut with her husband and children.
