At the Knoxville Metropolitan Planning Commission workshop session Feb. 28 concerning possible improvements along Kingston Pike one of the participants suggested removing the “merge lane” running the length of the pike requiring drivers to make a proper entry onto the street. Do you think this is a good idea? Would that decrease the amount of accidents on Kingston Pike or cause more? Call 671-TALK.
