The Knox County Schools administration has proposed to the Knox County Board of Education rezoning all or some of the five highlighted areas from Knox County Schools districts five and six and shift them to Karns High School in District 3. Will this help solve some of the overcrowding problems at Farragut? Is it fair to move students to other schools? Should the Knox County Schools system have the power to redraw school district lines?
