Handicap parking: privilege abuse?
The state has recently moved to tighten the laws governing the doling out of handicapped parking permits. Do the laws need adjusting? Are some abusing the laws? What do you think about those who park in handicapped parking and are physically fit? Should obese people be given handicapped permits?
