More than 100 groups gathered together early Saturday morning, July 3, for the annual Farragut observance of Independence Day.

The town’s annual parade kicked off with the Farragut High School Band and was highlighted by the parade’s grand marshals representing the Knox County schools in Farragut, which are celebrating 100 years of service.
