Oldham elected V.P.

• William B. (Bill) Oldham III, owner of Oldham Insurance, Inc., a Knoxville independent insurance agency, has been elected vice president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee. He was elected during the 69th convention of PIA of Tennessee, held June 17 to 19 in Gatlinburg. Oldham has served on the PIA board since 2001; most recently, as treasurer. As an independent insurance agent, he represents Grange, Penn National, and Safeco insurance companies. Oldham holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent professional designations. He and his wife, Amee, reside in Knoxville. He is a member of the Kiwanis downtown chapter and volunteers with the Knoxville Volunteer Ministry. He attends Central Baptist Church. PIA of Tennessee, founded in 1939, is a trade association of independent insurance agents throughout Tennessee. PIA members service and sell business, home and auto insurance.

Smith and Meyer join DoctorsManagement

Smith will assume an instrumental role as medical coding specialist providing coding and reimbursement related services to clients. Greene promoted to assistant manager

• Michael Greene has been promoted to assistant branch manager at National Bank of Commerce’s Northshore branch. Greene has served as a financial service advisor for the company since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in investment finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical philosophy from the University of Tennessee. Dillon joins Parkwest Medical Center staff

• Mary E. Dillon, M.D. has joined Parkwest’s medical staff specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation with the Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center. Dillon attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati and completed her residency at the the University of Cincinnati, where she was honored as chief resident. Dillon’s certification includes the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dillon has been on faculty as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She also served as Medical Director of Clinton Physical Medical and Rehabilitation at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
