First Utility District has proposed expanding its facility off Concord Road against opposition from the area residents. What do you think FUD should do to keep up with population growth?
Is the proposed site a real safety issue as some have indicated? Should FUD not serve a portion of Loudon County? Should FUD look to locate its plant elsewhere? What would happen if Lenoir City Utilities Board refused service to Farragut?
