A flick of the disc to help beat cancer

A disc golf tournament in Admiral Farragut Park on Saturday — proceeds from which benefit Thompson Cancer Survival Center — drew the likes of Nathan Woolen of West Knoxville as he flings a “tee-shot” on a heavily-wooded hole. Michael Robbins of Knoxville won first-place while Rod Cooper of Farragut finished third.
