Two champs crowned

Two teams from the Diadora Impact Youth Academy in West Knoxville found themselves with No. 1 hardware at the recent Smoky Mountain Soccer Club’s 2004 Fall Classic tournament.
In the Under-10 age bracket, the 95 Lady Impact won the championship game 2-1 against the KFC Sparks. They are coached by Doug Rhodes, a former NASL professional.
In the Under-9 bracket, the 96 Lady Impact Blue defeated the KFC Freedom Orange 6-1 in the final game. This newly formed team is coached by Hans Hobson, director of the Impact Youth Academy.
