Dream Katcher Lodge for pets opens

Dream Katcher Lodge celebrated its opening with an open house Saturday, Sept. 11. The lodge, located behind the Village Veterinary Clinic and Laser Center at 11253 Kingston Pike, provides luxury accommodations for cats and dogs. Designed by David Wooley of Barber & McMurry Architects, the lodge features canine suiteS equipped with color television, raised beds covered with handmade quilts and heated floors. Feline suites are multi-level lofts with window views. Services start at $20 per night. The owners are veterinarian Dr. Mili Bass and her husband Richard and Betty and Chuck Charlton, also owners of All Kreatures Pet Care.
