Fifteen students from Ginny Herrick’s Farragut High School Choral Department auditioned for and made one of three All-East Honor Choirs. More than 53 schools across East Tennessee participated in these auditions and more than 350 students were selected. All-East consists of three auditioned choirs —Mixed, Men’s, and Women’s. The students auditioned at Bearden High School on Saturday, Oct. 2nd. Hundreds of singers auditioned, but only a select few received the honor of singing in one of the three choirs. The students were selected based on their scores from the audition. The students participated in a rehearsal and performed at the All-East concert Saturday, Nov. 20 at Oak Ridge High School.
