Michael Moore’s “documentary” film “Fahrenheit 9/11” was chosen “Best Film” by the People’s Choice Awards, televised Sunday, Jan. 9.
The nominations were made by a select committee of 6,000 persons and the film received about 21 million votes, beating out its competitor “Spiderman II.” Would “Fahrenheit 9/11” have been your choice as “Best Film?” What is your opinion of “awards TV shows?” Do you think these shows represent true national consensus?
