The Farragut Lady Admirals softball team began training for the spring season earlier this month.
With the help of Jebreh Harris (foreground) of Performance Training Inc., and Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center, the young women fine-tune their strength, agility and quickness with the SAQ program in the downstairs area of Lynn E. Sexton Gymnasium. The season opener is at 5:30 p.m., Monday, March 14, when the Lady Ads host the Halls Lady Red Devils.
