Gables and Gates present 2004 awards


Gables & Gates, Realtors held its annual 2004 Award Dinner at Fox Den Country Club with the theme “Cultivating Success and All That Jazz.”

Entertainment was provided by “Jonathan Steele and Friends.” The GOLD KEY AWARD — an award recognizing agents that have closed in excess of $3,000,000 — went to Janet DeBusk-Hensley for the top combined listing and sales agent. Hensley closed real estate sales of $12,511,593. She was also awarded the top listing agent, with closed listings of $6,854,290 and top sales agent, with closed sales of $5,657,303.

Jay Willis took home the GOLD KEY AWARD for most closed sales and list volume in land and acreage sales. Willis closed in excess of $19,000,000.


Others bringing home the GOLD were Iris Greer with volume of $8,202,716, Debbie Holloway with volume of $7,514,000, Sheri Good with volume of $5,008,043 and Michael Bates with volume of $4,056,299.

Others recognized for outstanding sales and listing volume were Judy Groves, Nancy Westerling, John Kirkland and Nancy Largent.

Iris Greer was further recognized and awarded the GOLD KEY AWARD for most closed transactions during 2004 of 36.

Owners of Gables & Gates, Realtors, Jerry Whitehead and Susie Lash presented the awards.
