Fraser of FHS praised


Water Quality Forum partners in Knox County paid tribute to Farragut High School ecology teacher Debbie Fraser, second from right, for her participation in the Adopt-A-Watershed program Thursday, Feb. 3, in the office of FHS principal Mike Reynolds. On hand for the presentation were (from left) Shari Cox, town of Farragut GIS; Ruth Anne Hanahan, Water Quality Forum; Fraser and Reynolds. Fraser involves her ecology classes in assessing the health of Turkey Creek the past four years. She teaches students about the role the watershed plays in the Turkey Creek ecosystem.
