Staff Reports - Thu, Mar, 24, 2005
Rocked early and late by Class AAA state power Collierville, the two-time defending state champion Farragut Admirals lost for the first time in 2005.
“They just beat us, it’s not like we beat ourselves,” FHS head coach Tommy Pharr said about the 7-4 loss Saturday, March 19, at Farragut’s John Heatherly Field.

Offensively for Farragut, Cody Brown’s two-RBI double and RBI single led the way. Riley Jennings added an RBI double, while Ryne Steben also doubled for the Ads, whose record fell to 2-1 entering the week.
