FHS student Larsen earns scholarship

Heather Marie Larsen, daughter of Mark and Carmen Larsen of Knoxville, has been awarded a trustee scholarship to attend Georgetown College, Ky.
Larsen, a senior at Farragut High School, is a Girl Scout, a member of the National Honor Society and Future Teachers of America.
The trustee scholarship is the top academic scholarship awarded at Georgetown College and is renewable for four years. Students were chosen based on grade-point average, ACT scores, depth of involvement and leadership in activities. Recipients must maintain a high level of academic performance to remain eligible each year.
