FHS, BHS hold graduation ceremonies

Top: Farragut High School valedictorian Neel Mahendra Butala receives his diploma from FHS principal Michael Reynolds during commencement ceremonies Saturday night, May 21, at Thompson-Boling Arena. Gregory Shane White earned salutatorian honors for the Class of 2005. During his presentation of the class, Reynolds said, that more than $7 million in scholarship offers had been extended to the graduating class. Bottom: Bearden High School valedictorian Amanda E. BHS principal Barbara Jenkins reported the Class of 2005 garnered $5.5 million in scholarship offers.
