Bibee signs with East Carolina

Sarah Bibee, a recent graduate at Webb School of Knoxville, signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball at East Carolina University, May 4, in the school’s athletic center. With an average above .400, Bibee led the Lady Spartan softball team in hits, doubles, triples, home runs, runs scored and RBIs. "Sarah is very competitive and has great passion for the sport," Webb varsity softball coach Dennis Ray said. "She's a great all around player." Sitting alongside Bibee, left to right, are Webb head varsity girls' basketball coach Shelley Sexton-Collier; Sarah's mother and father, Sheron and Hal Bibee, and coach Ray.
