UT hosts moms

Briana Schaffer of Farragut and children Savannah, 4, and 7-week-old Lauren were part of a fashion show during the “Greatest Show on Birth” festivities at University of Tennessee Medical Plaza, 9625 Kroger Park Drive, Saturday, Oct. 15. “Designed for new moms, moms to be or those planning for a baby in the near future” according to a UT Medical Center press release, the event offered “helpful tips on all aspects of pregnancy, before, during and after ... provided by U-T Medical Center physicians and other staff members.” Held in the medical plaza parking lot, the show also featured rides, games and general entertainment for children.
