• Registration has begun for Farragut Baseball, Inc. for the Spring 2006 season. Forms are available at Pak Mail (Farragut Towne Square). You can also download forms via the Web at www.eteamz.com/fbi under the ‘handouts’ section. Sign-ups continue through Feb. 11. Families who register late will not be guaranteed a spot. • WUCP 106.1 FM will once again be the broadcast home of Farragut High School varsity baseball. Coverage begins at 6 p.m., March 15, at Lenoir City. All games will be Web cast at www.unioncpchurch.com. The remaining broadcast schedule: 5 p.m., March 21 versus Halls; 6 p.m. March 29, Bearden; March 30-April 1, The Sports Belle Classic; 6 p.m., April 5, William Blount; 7 p.m., April 10, Lenoir City; 6 p.m., April 12, Sevier County; 5 p.m., April 18, Webb School; 6 p.m., April 24, Bearden, and 6 p.m., April 26, South-Doyle. Also included will be all post-season tournament games, and what station officials label as “some [regular season] tournaments and the Oak Ridge throwback game,” with times and dates not set. A season preview show with FHS varsity head coach Tommy Pharr will air 11 a.m. until noon, Saturday March 11.

• Sign-ups for CBFO girls spring volleyball for ages 9 (3rd grade) to eighth-grade continues through until noon March 17. Cost is $80. Forms are available at Pak Mail in Farragut Towne Square. Games start in early April. Questions? Email: cbfovolleyball@charter.net
