Greer, Domizioli to wed
Steve and Susan Greer of Dunlap announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Susan Greer, to Carlo Peter Domizioli, son of Carlo and Barbara Domizioli of Farragut.

Grandparents of the bride-elect are Tom and Lota Greer of Dunlap, and Randal and Helen Burns of Pikeville.

Grandparents of the prospective groom are Nazzareno and Nicolina Domizioli of Tolentino, Italy, and George and Grace Evans of London, England.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Sequatchie County High School. She graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and a Master of Arts degree in library science. She is a media specialist at Millbrook Elementary School in Raleigh, N.C.

The prospective groom is a 1999 graduate of Knoxville Catholic High School. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. He is a doctoral student and a teaching assistant at North Carolina State University.

The wedding will be held Saturday, Oct. 22, at First Baptist Church in Dunlap.

Following their honeymoon trip to the Grove Park Inn Spa and Resort in Asheville, N.C., the couple will reside in Raleigh.


Vaughan, Aten exchange vows Jan. 4
Kimberlee Anne Vaughan and Quentin Theodore Aten were married Wednesday, Jan. 4, in the Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Oakland, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of David and Marva Vaughan of Knoxville. Grandparents are Dr. William W. and Geraldine Vaughan of Huntsville, Ala., and Marvin and Clara Morrison of Twin Falls, Idaho.

The groom is the son of Gary and Jennene Aten of Fairfield, Calif. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Rex Aten of Ramsey, N.J., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Stewart of Poway, Calif.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Farragut High School. She will graduate from Brigham Young University in April with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.

The groom graduated from Armijo High School in 2001. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at BYU.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Monterrey, Calif., and are residing in Provo, Utah.
