Five All-around champs for Premier West

Gymnasts from Premier West won one first place team award, and five all-around champion titles during the Tennessee State Optional Gymnastics Meet held at the Chattanooga Convention Center March 10-12

Premier West's Prep-Op 2 team won second-place in the team competition.

Xrista Christopoulus won firstplace All-around and was the champion on vault and floor. Carolyn Barnes came in second All-around and was the bars champion. Megan Squires won third-place All-around. Alexandra Alsip and Anastasia Cherepov both won first place on bars in their age groups. Other team members include Megan Stallings and Kitty Coe.

The Prep-Op 3's took first-place in the team competition.

Madison White won first-place all-around. Christina Klouda came in second, and was the floor champion. Anne Mishu was the vault champion, and Meili Charles won first-place on bars.

The Level 8 team members include Briana Trull, who was the champion on bars and secondplace All-around, Madison Thomas, who also won first-place on bars, Jessica Barks, who was the floor champion, Savannah Humphreys, Victoria McCauley, and Julia Rosa. Briana, Madison and Jessica qualified to compete in the upcoming Region 8 regional competition.

Premier West's Level 9's won the second-place team award. Mignon Hunt and Jessica Martin were both All-around champions. Kaitlyn Carlson won first-place on bars, and Allison Neubert was the first-place winner on beam. Jamie Harrison was thestate champion on both floor and beam.

All of the Level 9's qualified to compete at regional competition.

Audrey Harrison, Level 10, won first-place All-around and will advance to the regional competition.

Premier West's gymnasts are coached by Aleksandr Gridnev, Natasha Gridnev and Natalia Grosso.
