A new beginning ...

City and county officials, including Knox County Mayor Michael “Mike” Ragsdale, were present for the April 5 ribbon cutting of Belk, one of the anchor stores for the Colonial Pinnacle project. Belk officials and customers were greeted with cheers and applause from the Farragut High School cheerleaders and a few words of praise from Einstein, a parrot from the Knoxville Zoo.
