Police Reports suspended until further notice

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has notified farragutpress that police report availability in the farragutpress coverage area has temporarily been suspended. KCSO public information officer Martha Dooley reports KCSO has completed updates to its computer system to take KCSO a step closer to a “paperless” system.
Reports, she said, were still available at the precincts on a “by case number” basis for those requesting a specific incident report.
KCSO is working with farragutpress to arrange access to make police reports available to its readers in the near future.
farragutpress asks its readers to keep looking for police reports as they again will appear on Page 2 as soon as they are made available.
