• Sept. 14: A Sauer Point woman reported to police that she had received a threat from her estranged husband. The woman told police that the suspect called her residence and asked for his birth certificate. The victim stated she told the suspect she would look for it and put it in her mailbox for him to retrieve if she found it. The suspect allegedly stated he was coming to get it and it had better be in the mailbox or he would run his truck through the house. The suspect also allegedly stated he was bringing his girlfriend as an additional threat to the victim.

• Sept. 15: An Augustan Lane woman advised police that her bank had directed her to file a report with police in order to initiate and investigation of her account by the bank’s fraud department. The action was instigated when the woman had gone to her bank to attempt to withdraw money from her account and was advised she had insufficient funds to complete the transaction.

• Sept. 16: Police were summoned to a Parkside Drive business following a complaint by a Central Park Avenue woman claiming her credit card had been taken. The victim supplied police with a transaction log detailing use of the credit card after the loss. The victim was advised to contact the fraud department.

• Sept. 16: Police were advised that a wallet belonging to an Orchard Drive woman had been found in the parking lot of Kohl’s department store in Farragut. Police were unable to contact the victim and the wallet was turned over to property.
