The CBFO XFL Minor Pee Wees of head coach Todd Kelly, a former Tennessee Volunteer standout and NFL player, ended September as the only CBFO football team unbeaten in Knox County Metro youth football play.

Kelly’s team entered the month 4-0, tied with Powell for first-place.

Eight other CBFO teams had either winning records on break-even marks at the end of September.

The CBFO Blue AFC Jr. Midgers were tied with Bearden for first-place at 4-1 while the CBFO White NFC Cutters were near the top at 4-1.

Among Supermidgets in AFC, CBFO White was 4-1 while the CBFO XFL Supermidgets were 2-1 and the CBFO White NFC Jr. Hoppers 3-2.

Those with break-even records after September were the CBFO White XFL Pee Wees (1-1), Gray NFC Pee Wees (2-2-1) and the NFC Midgets 2-2.

Other West Knox County division leaders at month’s end included the Pilot XFL Pee Wees (3-0) and XFL Hoppers (3-0) and the Catholic AFC Cutters (5-0).
