Tully, Riner announce their engagement; plan May 7 rite
Larry and Patricia Tully of Camden, Ohio, announce the engagement and impending wedding of their daughter, Angie Nicole Tully, to Jameson Luke Riner, son of Jim and Kathie Riner of Knoxville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Thomas and Norma Tully of Germantown, Ohio, and Don and Gerry Blackburn of Brookville, Ohio, and is the great-granddaughter of Beryl Suber, also of Brookville.

She is an art education Major at Tusculum College in Greeneville.

She also played four years for the college’s women’s soccer team.

She will graduate in May 2007 and hopes to acquire a teaching position in the Dayton, vicinity.

The intended groom is the grandson of Lindley and DeOnn Stacey of Glen Ellyn, Ill., and of Preston Riner of Texarkana, Texas.

His siblings are Jessica Riner, a Chattanooga kindergarten teacher; Jeremy Riner, a Tennessee Technological University student in Cookeville; Jonathan Riner, a University of Tennessee student in Chattanooga, and Joshua Riner, a Farragut High School junior.

A 2002 graduate of Farragut High School and a 2006 graduate of Tusculum College in Greeneville, he was a four-year starter on Tusculum’s men’s soccer team.

He is now studying toward his doctorate in the physical therapy program at the University of Dayton in Ohio.

The couple plans a May 7, 2007, wedding in Dayton.


Star, Holloway marry May 27
Jill Angela Star, daughter of Bill and Cheri Star of Knoxville, married Travis Edmon Holloway, son of Edmon and Maye Holloway of Andrews, N.C., at a May 27 wedding at Grace Lutheran Church in Knoxville.

The Rev. Richard Elseroad officiated.

The bride is the granddaughter of Donald and Beulah Star of Milwaukee, Wis., and James and Marylee Vickio of Wales, Wis.

A 2000 Farragut High School graduate, she also graduated from Auburn University, Ala., in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

She is now a graduate student studying clinical psychology at Central Michigan University and is seeking a Ph.D there.

The groom, a 2000 graduate of Andrews High School, is a 2004 graduate of The University of Tennessee with a degree in computer science. He manages a Denny’s store in Knoxville.

Maid of honor was Charissa Star of Knoxville. Bridesmaids were Angela Lightle of Kansas City, Kan., and Lauren Gasaway of San Antonio, Texas. Junior bridesmaid was Hannah Ritter of Knoxville. Flower girls were Jessica Olson of Milwaukee, Wis., and Brianna Tobin of Franklin, Wis.

Best man was Marvin Jenkins of Andrews, N.C. Groomsmen were Jason Holloway of Andrews, N.C., and Timothy Star of Knoxville. Junior groomsman was Trevor Morgan.

After a honeymoon in Orlando, Fla., the couple will reside in Mount Pleasant, Mich.


Star, Domizioli wed in July 1 ceremony
Charissa Anne Star, daughter of Bill and Cheri Star of Knoxville, was married Saturday, July 1, to Michael Anthony Domizioli, son of Carlo and Barbara Domizioli, at Grace Lutheran Church in Knoxville.

The Rev. Lane Reuter of the church officiated.

The bride is the granddaughter of Donald and Beulah Star of Milwaukee, Wis., and James and Marylee Vickio of Wales, Wis.

A 2002 Farragut High School graduate, she graduated in 2006 from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is seeking a teaching position in Florida.

The groom is the grandson of Nazzareno and Nicolina Domizioli of Tolentino, Italy, and George and Grace Evans of London, England.

A 2001 graduate of Knoxville Catholic High School, he received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tennessee Technical University in 2005 and is now a software engineer at Harris Corporation.

Matron of honor was Jill Holloway of Mount Pleasant, Mich. Bridesmaids were Beth Hogan and Ashley King, both of Chattanooga, and Kelly McGilvray of Knoxville.

Flower girls were Katie Reuter and Caroline Reuter, both of Knoxville.

Best man was Carlo Domizioli of Raleigh, N.C. Groomsmen were Galen Labotka, Andrew Simpson and Timothy Star, all of Knoxville.

After a honeymoon trip to Florence and Rome, Italy, the couple will live in West Melbourne, Fla.
