FHS mock crash geared to save lives ...

In this graphic demonstration of a alcohol-induced vehicle accident, Farragut High School students pretend to be the “victims” in a Students Against Drunk Driviing mock car crash Friday, April 20, on the FHS campus. Kali Reynolds poses as if she was thrown out of the windshield, while driver Austin Glover and passengers Heather Grant, left, and Connie Tsai chat. Members of Rural/Metro Emergency Servics, as well as other emergency services, participated in this demonstration geared to impress upon FHS students preparing for prom night the dangers of drinking and driving. No students were injured in this re-enactment. See the full story and picture beginning in our School section on page 31.
