Beeler off to Wofford

Webb School Spartan senior defensive back/quarterback Blake Beeler signed as a future student-athlete at Wofford College (S.C.) April 20 in Webb’s Lee Athletic Center.
Beeler, a leader in Webb’s run to the Division II-AA state championship, was named to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association All-State defensive team. “Blake played a big part in our winning this year’s state championship,” Webb head coach David Meske said. “He’s a great leader. This was his first year playing quarterback and he became a key playmaker throughout the season.”
