Rutherford, Newman to wed
Mark and Cynthia Rutherford of Knoxville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Whitney Paige Rutherford, to Charles Grant Newman, son of Fred and Debbie Newman of Knoxville.
She is the granddaughter of Jo Garland of Knoxville, the late W.C. Garland, and Ray and Barbara Rutherford of Knoxville. He is the grandson of Yvonne Adams of Cleveland and the late William Adams.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Christian Academy of Knoxville. She is currently employed with Aspen Title and Escrow.
The groom-elect, a 2003 graduate of Farragut High School, will graduate from The University of Tennessee in 2008. He is employed at Lowes.
The wedding ceremony will be Saturday, July 28, 2007, at Crescent Bend. Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Knoxville.

Rockwell, Moore to wed
Mr. and Mrs. Eric Hayward Rockwell of Knoxville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Erica Hall Rockwell, to Mitchell Alan Moore Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Alan Moore of Farragut.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Joseph Daigle of Stamford, Conn., Stephen Ensign Rockwell and Elizabeth Rockwell Ackley, both of Orange, Conn. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hobart Cagle Jr. of Knoxville and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Anthony Moore Jr. of Memphis.
The bride-elect, a 2002 graduate of West High School, earned a Bachelors degree in business administration from The University of Tennessee in 2006. She is currently employed with U.S. Cellular.
The groom-elect, a 2002 graduate of Farragut High School, earned a Bachelors degree in business administration from The University of Tennessee in 2006. He attends law school at The University of Tennessee.
The wedding ceremony will be Saturday, July 28, 2007, at Christ Covenant Presbyterian Church. Following a honeymoon to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the couple will reside in Knoxville.
