DOE awards information center operation to Spectrum Inc.

OAK RIDGE — The U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Office has awarded a task to a contract it holds with Spectrum Inc. for operation of the Department’s Information Center located at 475 Oak Ridge Turnpike.
The Center is a one-stop shop for the public to access documents, electronic databases, and to participate in public meetings supporting the Department’s programs in science, environmental management, national security and nuclear fuel supply in Oak Ridge.
The task, awarded to Spectrum Inc. June 15, is for two years and will conclude in 2009.
