• CROWE, Tracie Yvonne Yocum (Big Tracie),
age 29, of Knoxville passed away suddenly Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007. Tracie was born in Parkersburg, W.Va. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Faye Nelson Yocum; aunt, Janet Stone; great-aunt, Jakie Kirk. Tracie is survived by her special companion of 12 years, Rodney Turpin; mother, Brenda Madison Yocum of Knoxville; father, Richard A. Yocum of Harrisville, W.Va.; sisters, Charlene Yocum Bailey of Vienna, W.Va., Linda Cutright of Knoxville; brothers, Brian Cutright, Steve Yocum, Michael Yocum and Richard Yocum, all of Parkersburg; avery special nephew, Anthony Cutright of Harrisville; maternal grandparents, Russell and Jean Byrd; great-great-grandmother, Faye Davis; special uncle, John Kirk of Washington, W.Va. The family received friends from Wednesday at the Click Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Forest Cemetery. Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel, 11915 Kingston Pike, is serving the family of Tracie Crowe.

• DAVIS, Brenda Ann Barker,
age 64, of the Hardin Valley Community passed away Wednesday evening, Aug. 22, 2007, at her home. Brenda was a member of Hines Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marie Barker; sisters, Linda Beets and Diane Barker; brother, Warren Barker. Survivors: husband of 45 years, Jerry Davis; daughters, Kay Warnack of Kingston, Angie Lee of Knoxville; sons, Wayne Davis, Harvey Davis and David Davis, all of Knoxville; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Michael Barker and Paul Barker, both of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family received friends Friday followed by funeral services in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with the Rev. Charles Parker officiating. Family and friends gathered Saturday at Marietta Church Cemetery for graveside services. Pallbearers: Craig Warnack, Christopher Hartman, Ralph Davis, Tony Davis, Randy Davis and Trenton Hall. • HUNTER, Pauline Boles Cantrell,
age 85, of West Knoxville, passed away Friday morning, Aug. 24, 2007, after an extended illness. She was born Dec. 29, 1921, to the late J.A. Boles and Lillie Lane Boles. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Bearden. For 59 years, she was a long-standing employee and owner of Imperial Cantrell Manu-facturing Co. of Jellico. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Howard A. Cantrell; sister, Helen E. Morgan and brother-in-law, E.C. Morgan; and brother, Henry Bascom Boles. She is survived by her husband, John E. Hunter; special niece, Sherry P. Morgan of Knoxville; special nephew, Larry A. Boles and wife, Jill, of Jellico; sister-in-law, Hazel Boles of Jellico; great-nephew, Gary Boles of Ooltewah; great-nieces, Lisa Bright of Maryville and Lori Farris of Jellico; great-great-nieces, Megan Farris of Jellico and Kaitlyn Bright of Maryville; great-great-nephew, Atlas Farris of Jellico; and a host of friends and loved ones. Funeral service was Sunday at Rose Mortuary Chapel with Dr. Larry Fields officiating. Family and friends met at Highland Memorial Cemetery Monday for an interment service. The family received friends Sunday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
