Fox Marina drowning victim identified

A man who drowned Monday afternoon off Fox Marina in
West Knox County has been identified.
He is Charles Walton, 52. of Cherokee Road in Johnson City.
He had been living on a boat at the marina when marina workers found his body submerged near a buoy around 1:30 p.m.
Detectives believe the drowning is accidental. The Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy Tuesday morning.
