EdisonPark Steakhouse to close Sunday
Dan Barile - Thu, Aug, 16, 2007
Another restaurant will add its name to the growing list of closed eateries in Farragut.
EdisonPark Steakhouse, an upscale addition to the Aubrey’s Inc. family of restaurants, will close its doors for good at its normal closing time Sunday, Aug. 19, owner Randy Burleson said.
Burleson annouced the closing to the restaurant staff at 4 p.m., Monday.
“It’s been a great experience,” Burleson said, “but we’re closing for the same reason as Silver Spoon, O’Charley’s and others, no support from the Town.”
Burleson said the original Aubrey’s restaurant would remain open at its present location and invites all his loyal guests to it and his soon-to-be-opened Aubrey’s off Cedar Bluff Road at Middlebrook Pike.
EdisonPark’s popular “Wine Dinners” will continue at the company’s Bistro by the Tracks restaurant in Homburg, located near the Landmark Aubrey’s off Papermill Road at Northshore Drive
