Eskew, Clarke to wed
Mr. and Mrs. Webb Clinton Eskew Jr. of Knoxville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren Suzanne Eskew, to Brandon Carey Clarke, son of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Clarke of Knoxville.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Virginia Turbyville of Strawberry Plains, the late Guy Turbyville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Webb Clinton Eskew Sr. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Brandon and the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel C. Clarke.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Farragut High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2004. She is currently employed as a community director for Arthritis Foundation.

The groom-elect, a 1997 graduate of Farragut High School, received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mississippi in 2001. He is currently employed as vice president for John Bailey Company.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, at Central Baptist Church of Bearden. The couple will reside in Knoxville.

Ippolito, Jackson married in June
Kate Elizabeth Ippolito and Donald Christopher Jackson joined in Holy Matrimony during a June 2, 2007 ceremony. The Rev. Daniel Deck officiated.

The bride’s parents are Frank and Anne Ippolito of Knoxville. She is the granddaughter of Peggy Ippolito of Tarrytown, N.Y.

She is a 1997 graduate of Lake Oswego High School and received a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management and culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University in 2004. She is currently employed as a restaurant manager at Lakeside Tavern.

The groom’s parents are Don and Elaine Jackson of Knoxville. He is the grandson of Barbara Patterson of Orlinda.

He is a 1996 graduate of Farragut High School. He earned an associate’s degree in health science from Southwest Community College in 2001. He is currently employed as a landscaper with Native Design.

Matron of Honor was Laura Shinkunas of Iowa City, Iowa. Maid of Honor was Jennifer Bradley of Knoxville. Best men were J.T. Lacey and Jonathan and David Jackson, all of Knoxville.

The bride’s wedding party members were Annemarie Ippolito of Atlanta, Ga.; Beth Nye, Stacy Lee, Miranda Meadows, Alli Jo Lacey, Joanna Goodpasture and Liz Burch, all of Knoxville; and Dana Adatto of Portland, Ore.

The groom’s wedding party members were Jacob Dunaway, Joe Fowler, Jason Dobbins, Randy McCoige and Stephen Bradley, all of Knoxville; Joseph Rittenberry of Richmond, Va.; and T.C. Willis of Bristol. Bradley Stocstill of Treasure Island, Fla., Jimmy Wooten of Knoxville and Todd Shinkunas of Iowa City served as ushers.

Following a honeymoon to Calabash, N.C., the couple resides in Knoxville.
