• The Lenoir City Utility Board will meet at 4 p.m., Monday, Sept. 17, at the Lenoir City Town Hall.

• Medic Regional Blood Center is seeking blood donations from volunteer donors. Blood donation is safe and sterile process and each donation will help save someone’s life. All donors must be at least 17 years of age, weigh 110 pounds or more and have positive identification. Donors are welcome at the two Medic locations: 1601 Ailor Ave. near downtown and 11000 Kingston Pike in Farragut. Community blood drives are also planned:

Sept. 17, Bruster’s Ice Cream, 1043 Old Cedar Bluff Road, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Bloodmobile. Free Ice Cream for Donors.

Sept. 17, Faith United Methodist Church, 1120 Dry Gap Pike, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m., Inside Multi-purpose Room.

Sept. 18, Olive Garden, 10923 Parkside Drive, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., Bloodmobile.

Sept. 19, Grace Lutheran Church, 9076 Middlebrook Pike, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m., Inside Lobby of Family Life Center.

Sept. 21, Jo-Ann, Etc., 154 N. Peters Road, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Bloodmobile.

Sept. 21, Pellissippi State Technical School, 1610 East Magnolia Avenue, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Bloodmobile.

Sept. 23, Concord United Methodist Church, 11020 Roane Drive, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Inside Fellowship Hall.

Sept. 23, First Farragut United Methodist Church, 12733 Kingston Pike, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Bloodmobile.
