• July 24: Officers responded to Blakewood Drive to investigate a report of harassing phone calls. Upon arrival, the victim stated that she lived in an apartment with the suspect. The victim moved out in order to move in with her boyfriend in another apartment. Since then, the suspect continuously calls the victim’s home and harasses them. The victims have told the suspect to stop calling and do not want any problems, but the suspect keeps calling.

• July 24: Police responded to a report the St. John Neumann youth house off Grigsby Chapel Road was entered by opening one of five unlocked windows in the basement of the house. The garage area of the house was then entered by kicking in the door from the house to the garage. Tools were taken from a cabinet in the garage.

• July 24: A woman off Dell Rio Lane reported to police that the side kitchen door of her home was forcefully entered and all the wiring in the basement had been removed. The outside air conditioning had been disassembled in order to remove the copper wire. The victim said she was unsure as to the exact time she had last seen the home undamaged, approximately one to two weeks. The victim has no suspect informatioff at this time.

• July 26: Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible intoxicated driver running through yards off East Kingsgate Road. Upon arrival, the defendant was observed weaving in the roadway, with erratic driving. The defendant was stopped and upon contact with the defendant, he had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath, blood shot watery eyes and slurred speech. When the defendant exited his vehicle, he was very unsteady on his feet and had to be held so he would not fall. Due to the defendant’s extreme level of intoxication, he was not given a field sobriety test to ensure his safety and the safety of others. The defendant did submit to a blood test. Upon further investigation, officers found the defendant had run over a mailbox. The cost of the mail box was $200.

• July 26: A man off Gatewater Lane reported to police that suspects stole property from his home. Also taken was an appraisal for a ring.

• July 26: A man off Autumn Leaves Lane reported to police that an unknown person(s) slashed a tire on his vehicle, which was parked in the driveway. The victim does not have any definite suspects.

• July 27: A North Watt Road man stated to police that an unknown suspect broke into his home and stole his car keys. The victim stated the suspect then stole his vehicle out of the garage. No suspects at this time.
