Upchurch, Hopkins to wed
Mark and Teressa Upchurch of Farragut announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie Michelle Upchurch, to Adam Deacon Hopkins, son of Steven and Jill Hopkins of Waverly, Ohio.
She also is the granddaughter of Jean Upchurch of Cookeville and Robert and Ovella Loftis of Nashville. He is the grandson of Roberta Deacon of Chillicothe, Ohio and Robert and Mary Lou Hopkins of Waverly.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Farragut High School and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from Harding University in 2007. She is currently employed as registered nurse.
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Waverly High School and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Harding University in 2007.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 15, at Maryville Church of Christ.
