	Bell, Boyd wed Courtney Rae Bell and James Harris Boyd III joined in Holy Matrimony during a Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, ceremony held at Ridge Valley Farms. The Rev. Dr. Thomas Nelson officiated the ceremony. The bride’s parents are Jim and Laura Bell of Knoxville. She is the granddaughter of Dr. Hubert and Betty Hill of Knoxville and Wanda and Jim Bell of Knoxville. A 2001 graduate of Central High School, she received an Associate of Science Degree in nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in 2007. She is currently employed as a registered nurse in labor and delivery at St. Mary’s Hospital. The groom’s parents are Jim and Mary Boyd of Knoxville. He is the grandson of Paul A. Emmons of Charleston, S.C. A 1997 graduate of Homestead High School in Mequon, Wis., he attended The University of Tennessee and Roane State Community College. He is currently employed as a firefighter and paramedic for City of Knoxville Fire Department. Maid of Honor was Michelle Carmack of Knoxville. Best Man was Andrew Boyd of Lenoir City. The bride’s wedding party members were Julie Boring of Knoxville and Leanna Boyd of Lenoir City. The groom’s wedding party members were Ryan Morris of Knoxville and Tyler Bell of Murfreesboro. Following a honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple resides in Knoxville.
