Robby state champ
Webb seventh grader claims state gymnastics All-around championship


Webb School of Knoxville seventh-grader Robby Meyer took first-place All-around in Level 7 (boys ages 12 to 13) at the 2008 Tennessee Menís Gymnastics State Championships, March 15, in Chattanooga.

Robby, who trains at Tataruís Gymnastics, Tumbling & Cheerleading in Knoxville, took first in floor, pommel horse, rings, parallel bars and high bar, and third in vault.

He finished with an overall winning score of 55.05 and qualified for the 2008 Regional Championships, April 11-13, in Huntsville, Ala.
