Farragut student injured in crash

Bryanna Reveiz, a 17-year-old Farragut High School student, was seriously injured in a one-vehicle wreck off Boyd Station Road at 9: 11 a.m., Thursday, April 17.

Reveiz was driving a 2003 Land Rover, heading east on Boyd Station. She apparently lost control of the car and hit a tree. Reveiz was wearing a seat belt and her airbag deployed. The accident is still under investigation by the traffic unit, but officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor.

She was airlifted by LifeStar to The University of Tennessee Medical Center off Alcoa Highway, where she is listed in critical condition. Reveiz had been upgraded to serious condition Thursday afternoon, but was downgraded to critical this morning, UTMC personnel said.

Reveiz is a member of the FHS volleyball team and the daughter of former NFL and UT football standout Fuad Reveiz. She is the sister of FHS graduates Nick and Shane Reveiz.
