Menzie, Sumner to wed
Jamie Morgan Menzie and Joe Dalton Sumner, both of Nashville, will be married July 26, 2008 at Lillie Belles of Franklin. She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. James W. Menzie of Franklin. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn D. Sumner of Knoxville. The bride-elect, a graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy, received her B.A. in English from Vanderbilt University and M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Peabody College. She teaches high school English in Nashville. The future bridegroom, a graduate of Farragut High School, received his B.S. in geography from Samford University and will be receiving his M.S. in Geography from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He works for an environmental management and engineering firm.
