• May 8: A Farragut Medical Center employee stated between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., an unknown suspect took $255 in cash from her billfold, which was in her purse sitting next to her desk in the office.

• May 9: Complainant from Club House Child Care stated during the night someone broke into her business and stole assorted food, a television and a DVD player.

• May 10: An officer was dispatched to an alarm at Subway off West End Avenue. Upon arrival, officer found the front glass door had been shattered by a rock. The cash drawer from the register was missing. Suspect was gone upon officer’s arrival. The officer was able to notify business management, who responded to re-secure the storefront.

• May 10: A Landing Lane man advised police he parked his vehicle, for sell, at a location off Landing Lane. When he went to the parking lot to pick up the vehicle, he noticed his tags had been removed.

• May 11: A Brochardt Boulevard man stated an unknown suspect vandalized his mailbox with what appeared to be bullet holes from a BB gun.

• May 12: Complainant from Petro Stopping Center off Watt Road stated the suspect, also an employee at Petro, had been stealing money for two weeks by putting money on a pre-paid credit card and then not paying for it in the register. Complainant advised he had the suspect on video making the transaction. Complainant stated the suspect might have stolen other things as well but was unsure at time of the report.

• May 12: A Fox Den Drive woman stated that between May 8 and May 9, an unknown suspect shot one of the lights at the end of her driveway. Victim advised a neighbor had noticed two of his lights had been shot and found that one of hers was also damaged.

• May 12: Officers were dispatched to Sir Goony’s Golf off Kingston Pike for a theft call. Complainant stated he saw a male leaving the office area of the business. When complainant checked the cash drawer, $125 was missing. Complainant stated the suspect ran from the business on foot.

• May 13: An detective responded to a bank robbery call at Community South Bank off Kingston Pike. See story above.

• May 13: Complainant advised that between April 20 and May 13, an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole several items, including an iPod. Complainant advised he didn’t realize it was missing until he received a phone call from a woman who said her boyfriend had given her an mp3 player as a gift. She believed it was stolen when she found the victim’s information in it.

• May 13: An officer was dispatched to a residence off Thornton Drive for harassing phone calls. Victim reported that suspect keeps e-mailing and calling her at all hours of the day and night. Victim told suspect to stop calling on May 10. Suspect is still calling the victim for apparently no reason. Victim stated the suspect talks “crazy” and won’t leave her alone.

• May 14: A Kingsgate Road woman advised an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and stole a camera pack, backpack, camera, several lenses, two laptops and a DVD player. She stated the driver’s door does not lock.
