Terry Bobrowski, executive director of East Tennessee Development District, presented Farragut Mayor W. Edward “Eddy” Ford III and the Board of Aldermen with a certificate of appreciation for the Town’s support. “I’m here to say thank you and to express our thanks for your continued support of our organization,” Bobrowski said.
ETDD is involved in economic and community development in more than 16 counties in East Tennessee. “In serving the municipalities and the counties in this 16-county region, they seek out grant opportunities and they then try to publicize that … and they work with the staff of these municipalities and counties to develop grant applications,” Ford said.
