HVA raises flag on new school

Hardin Valley Academy held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, Aug. 8, in front of the school’s main entrance. Members of Knox County Board of Education and Knox County Commission, State Sen. Tim Burchett, and a representative from Congressman John J. Duncan Jr.’s office were among the hundreds who came to see the opening of the first high school built in Knox County in more than 40 years.
