Rolling in FWKCC ‘Dough’

Knox Dough owners and supporters cheer for the recent Tuesday, Oct. 15 ribbon cutting, hosted by Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce, at the shop’s brick-and-mortar location, 10551 Kingston Pike, behind Biker Rags, just east of Farragut. On hand for the occasion were, front row from left, Kim Garvey, Knox Dough staff; sisters, Makenna and Mikeigh Atkins, Janet Curtis’ daughters; owners Janet (with scissors) and Steve Curtis; Janet’s son, Blaine Atkins; friend Killian Guinn; FWKCC ambassador Arlene Weinstein and other FWKCC members and supporters.

The Curtis family started their business with a tent and a table, which led to food trucks and, finally, to the permanent West Knoxville location — and two more recent stores on Sutherland Avenue and in Sevierville.
